SECURITY CAMERAS CLARIFICATION TEXT
This clarification text has been prepared by Gökdağ Plastik Kauçuk Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Gökdağ”), as the data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation.
In the indoor and outdoor areas within the factory usage area of our company; Ensuring the security of movable and immovable property, physical space security, ensuring occupational health and safety for employees, and security of movable and immovable property through security cameras in our indoor and outdoor areas such as common areas, buildings and annexes, meeting rooms, waiting areas, work offices, and parking lots Images and sound recordings of relevant persons, including employees, employee candidates, interns, customers, suppliers, business partners, visitors, in line with the purposes specified in Articles 4, 5 and 6 of the Law, are kept and processed in order to monitor, ensure control, perform public services and ensure your security.
The recording process is recorded with a camera 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and the recording process is supervised by the IT unit and the authorized company unit. The cameras record video and audio for 7 days, and the recordings are automatically deleted after the end of the storage period.
The personal data in question may be collected for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that "it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations" in Article 5/2-ç of the Law and "provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person" in Article 5/2-f. It is processed automatically based on legal reasons.
The personal data in question processed through camera recording; In accordance with the obligation of proof as evidence in legal disputes or when necessary in accordance with the obligations required by the legal legislation and public service, to authorized company units, company partners/shareholders, our representatives, to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement forces, authorized public institutions and organizations for the limited purpose of fulfilling legal dispute processes, authorized public institutions and organizations, as per Article 8 of the Law can be transferred in accordance with the article.
